Assists with Workman’s Compensation, NJ Unemployment and NJ Disability claims.Communicates information regarding pension changes, health/dental insurance updates and open enrollment. Enrolls employees in health and/or pension/DCRP and handles all employee retirement and COBRA.Provides New Hire onboarding including I-9 and W-4 completion, and discussion of general Library rules, regulations and procedures.Maintains payroll records and distributes W-2’s and 1099’s.Administers the Library’s Payroll (bi-weekly) including time and attendance, pension,ĭCRP, health, dental, life insurance, pension loan, FSA, garnishments and 403B deductions.Prepares for Library’s annual financial and insurance audits.Performs cash drawer reconciliations, bank deposits and handles petty cash.Prepares annual Budget ($3 million) as well as monthly Treasurer’s Reports, and all other financial reporting.Creates spreadsheets for budget projections of health insurance costs and payroll.Conducts Accounts Payable, Cash Receipts and Bank Reconciliations.The position is full-time in-person at our Library located in the heart of historic Morristown. The Morristown & Morris Township Library is seeking a friendly, customer service-oriented person to join our creative and dedicated staff as the Office Manager of the Administration team.
